Service Unit Cookie Manager Agreement Terms
As a Service Unit Cookie Manager, I agree that:
- I am a current registered member of Girl Scouts.
- I will ensure that my required background check with Girl Scouts of Hawai`i is complete/current.
- I will ensure all girls participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program are current registered members of Girl Scouts.
- I agree to attend the training given by the Girl Scouts of Hawai'i (Council).
- I will attend any cookie rallies/meetings.
- I will provide support to Troops and cookie managers in my service unit and provide them with guidance on how to navigate through the cookie season.
- I will ensure troops in my Service Unit follow all council and GSUSA policies and guidelines.
- I will be accessible by e-mail and telephone during the cookie sale (November-April).
- I will keep accurate records and copies of receipts for all cookie/money transactions.
- I will ensure troops in my Service Unit place cookie and reward orders and turn in all paperwork on time, in order to turn SU orders in on time according to the deadlines set by Council.
- I will ensure that troops in my SU make cookie money deposits into Council’s bank account by the deadline set by Council.
- I will be responsible for receiving and distributing girl rewards in a timely manner.
In support of your efforts, the Girl Scouts of Hawai`i will:
- Provide training and manuals to support the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Provide all sales materials necessary for a successful sale.
- Provide opportunities for booth sales.
- Provide additional cases of cookies available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Provide rewards for the girl recognition program.
- Provide proceeds for troops in a timely manner.
