Troop Cookie Manager Agreement Terms
Girl Scouts of Hawai`i (GSH) expects all volunteers to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values and standards of the Girl Scout Movement, including those established by Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) and GSH. By signing into eBudde, I agree to conduct myself in a way that reflects these standards and expectations.
Furthermore, if I am serving as a Troop Cookie Manager or Troop Leader with access to eBudde, I acknowledge and agree to the following statements. I understand that these statements may supersede any previously completed Troop Cookie Manager Agreement for the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- I am registered with GSUSA for the current membership year with an updated criminal background check, and I am a volunteer in good standing with Girl Scouts of Hawai`i.
- I agree to adhere to all GSUSA and Girl Scouts of Hawai`i (GSH) policies and procedures regarding Product Program activities.
- I accept financial responsibility for all product received by the troop and understand that unsold product may not be returned or exchanged with Girl Scouts of Hawai`i.
- I will ensure that money collected for cookies remains in the possession of the troop and will be used to pay off monies owed to Girl Scouts of Hawai`i for product received.
- I will ensure that a receipt is created for all cookie transactions where money or product is received or exchanged. This requirement applies to all transactions, including those between troops and/or Girl Scout caregivers. I will include the transaction date and ensure it is signed by the recipient.
- Girl Scouts of Hawai`i reserves the right to seek the services of a collection agency and/or pursue legal action for delinquent monies owed for product received.
- Girl Scouts of Hawai`i reserves the right to withhold rewards in the event any troop or Girl Scout account is not paid in full.
- If chosen reward item is unavailable, substitution, modification or addition of reward items may occur without notice.
- I agree to attend the Cookie Program trainings and Cookie Rallies conducted by the Girl Scouts of Hawai`i.
- I will not possess, sell, or use illegal drugs; misuse prescribed drugs or consume alcohol while chaperoning Girl Scouts.
- I will not use nicotine products (including vaping and smokeless tobacco products) within visual sight of Girl Scouts.
- I will ensure all girls participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program are currently registered members of Girl Scouts.
- I will ensure the girls and their families follow all Girl Scouts of Hawai`i and GSUSA policies and guidelines.
- I will place cookie and reward orders on time according to the deadlines set by Girl Scouts of Hawai`i.
- I will coordinate all cookie deliveries and pick-up for my troop.
- I will do my best to ensure that cookie product is stored in a cool, dry location that is free from pests, smoking, and chemicals.
- I will coordinate all booth locations for my troop through Girl Scouts of Hawai`i via eBudde and in coordination with my Service Unit Cookie Manager.
- I will make weekly bank deposits into my troop account for ACH withdrawals to pay for product received.
In support of your efforts, the Girl Scouts of Hawai`i will:
- Provide training and manuals to support the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Provide all sales materials necessary for a successful sale.
- Provide program support for the duration of the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Provide opportunities for booth sales.
- Provide additional cases of cookies available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Provide rewards for the girl recognition program.
- Provide refund of overpayment in a timely manner.
By submitting this form, I am indicating that I agree to carry out my responsibilities as listed above and all of the information provided is correct to the best of my knowledge.
