This virtual workshop will guide participants through the Girl Scout Personal Leadership Awards, highlighting the purpose and impact of the True North Award-a milestone that celebrates a Girl Scout's ability to lead with courage, character, and curiosity. Attendees will explore award requirements, examples of leadership experiences, and practical tips for supporting girls on their leadership journey. The session will include a walkthrough of reflection activities and goal-setting tools designed to help Girl Scouts discover their "true north" as they grow. A dedicated space will also be provided to recognize or collaborate with partnering agencies that support girls in their leadership development.
