STEM Fest 2025 will be a diverse exploration of careers with STEM
Professionals.
Location: Cheifess Kamakaheli Middle School Cafeteria.
Explore Video Production with Hoike Community Media, get hand on in
a Mini Research Lab with Chaminade University and discover Ozobots
with COGS Lab!
Come join us for a morning of fun and exploration.
GIRL ONLY EVENT
Drop off ONLY. If adults are interested in volunteering to
chaperone this event, register as an adult volunteer and await and
email from the Island Manager to assign a role.
Adult Chaperone
roles available: Group Chaperone, Parking Attendant/Snack Prep, First
Aid Station, Timekeeper, Check In/Out table, Bus Chaperones, Activity
Assistant, etc.
**Please note, if volunteering as an adult chaperone, you will not be paired with your daughter during the event.
BUS Transport from Kalaheo
Please complete a Bus RSVP Form through the
link here we need a minimum of 10 girls to confirm a
reservation.
Parents and/or troop leaders must drop off and
pick up their daughter/troop at the specified location and time listed
below. Girls will NOT be released to anyone else without prior written consent.

By registering your Girl Socut to attend this event, you hereby
grant Girl Scouts of Hawai`i the irrevocable right to use all images
in any format in all advertising forms and in all media, without any
restriction as to changes or alterations (including but not limited
to retouching and photo enhancements) for advertising, trade,
promotions, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, and waive any
right to inspect or approve all image(s) in any format or finished
version(s) incorporating all image(s) in any format including
written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith.
Parent/Guardian hereby release and agree to hold harmless Girl
Scouts of Hawaii from liability.
