"Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls" is a program for girls to thrive in School and Life. It aims to help girls overcome obstacles, set and achieve goals, and build confidence in their future success. The Boys & Girls Club of America also offers career support programs, like "This Way ONward," in partnership with Old Navy, and "Junior Staff," which focuses on career development in the human services field.
