Aloha GSH ‘Ohana! We've updated our volunteer roles to make it easier to share the load across your troop's adult team! Use this form to tell us which roles you'd like displayed on your troop's account. Once selected, interested volunteers who view your troop will be able to see and sign up for the roles you actually need filled.
Because of this update, no adult roles are currently showing on any troop account — even if your troop is open and active in the catalog. If you are actively recruiting adult volunteers, completing this form is the only way to get those roles visible again.
You do not need to open every role — only select the ones you are actively recruiting for right now. If you are not recruiting any adult volunteers at this time, no action is needed and you do not need to submit this form.
