Saddle up, Kauai! Kauai United Way invites you to the Harvest Hoedown, a family-friendly fall celebration on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Kauai Veterans Center.
The evening starts at 4:30 PM with a Podagee Horseshoe Tournament, so bring your best throwing arm and a little friendly competition. At 5:30 PM, keiki can go Trunk or Treat for Halloween goodies in their favorite costumes. At the same time, line dancing starts up, and everyone can kick up their heels, whether you're a seasoned dancer or trying it for the first time. Food trucks will be on site all evening, so come hungry.
Girl Scout troops: Want to share the fun of Girl Scouts with new families? Troops are invited to help run a Girl Scout recruitment Trunk or Treat table. To get involved, contact Marissa Dennis at mdennis@gshawaii.org.
Please note: THIS IS NOT A DROP-OFF EVENT. All keiki must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire event.
