Experience Hawaiian culture and science come to life through this special partnership workshop with INPEACE and the Kukui Grove Center for Kaulana Mahina: Look Up, Look Down, Look All Around!, an interactive Hawaiian culture and science exhibit that explores the Hawaiian lunar calendar through hands-on activities, cultural learning, and STEM experiences. Girls and families will discover how Native Hawaiians used observations of the moon to guide fishing, planting, and daily life while connecting traditional knowledge with modern science. Admission is free for everyone. Girl Scouts are encouraged to wear their vest, sash, or Girl Scout t-shirt to show their Girl Scout pride.
