Join Girl Scouts of Hawaii and Iolani Palace for a special Girl Fest celebrating the 110th anniversary of Girl Scouting in Hawaii!

What better place to honor this milestone than Iolani Palace, where Queen Liliuokalani sponsored Hawaii's first two Girl Scout troops in 1917? Girl Scouts, families, and community members are invited to celebrate this important connection through hands-on Girl Scout activity booths, partner-led STEM experiences, Hawaiian cultural activities, entertainment, local vendors, ono food, and more!

Limited-Edition Girl Fest Goody Bag
RSVP to purchase your limited-edition 110th Anniversary Girl Fest Goody Bag, filled with fun items donated by our community partners!

Goody bags are limited to the first 145 Girl Scouts who RSVP and complete their purchase. Girl Scouts must be registered members for the 2027 Girl Scout Membership Year to receive a bag.
Bags will be available for pickup at Girl Fest during Kamaāina Sunday on November 8. If you are unable to attend the event, you may pick up your bag from the Girl Scouts of Hawaii council office beginning November 9, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Volunteer and Kōkua With Us!

Volunteer opportunities are available for Girl Scout Cadette, Senior, Ambassador and adult members who would like to kōkua during the event. We have a variety of roles that need to be filled throughout the day.

Volunteer shifts will be approximately one to two hours, allowing you plenty of time to mingle, explore Iolani Palace, and enjoy the rest of the celebration with your family and Girl Scout sisters.

Please use the provided SignUpGenius link to select your preferred volunteer role and shift.

Complimentary Palace Tours
Self-led audio tours of Iolani Palace will be available to the first 500 eligible attendees. A valid Hawaii State ID, Hawaii driver's license, or other proof of Hawaii residency is required for each complimentary ticket. Only one complimentary ticket will be issued per Hawaii resident. Kamaāina are encouraged to arrive early!

Girl Fest at Kamaāina Sunday is a free public event, and everyone is welcome!

Share your Girl Fest and Kamaāina Sunday memories using #KamaainaSunday for a chance to be featured on Iolani Palace's Facebook and Instagram pages.

Kamaāina Sunday entertainment and workshops are supported by the Hawaii Tourism Authority through the Kūkulu Ola Program.

We look forward to celebrating 110 years of courage, confidence, character, and Girl Scout sisterhood with you!
