Complete the American Safety and Health Institute (First Aid, CPR/AED) course by participating in this training!

First Aid course under American Safety and Health Institute guidelines will cover general principles of first aid, medical emergencies, and injury emergencies; along with CPR and AED for adult, child and infant.

-First aid basics

-Medical emergencies

-Injury emergencies

-Environmental emergencies

-Preventing illness and injury

-Adult CPR and AED use

-Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies

-Child CPR and AED use

-Infant CPR

-Optional modules in child CPR and AED use and infant

-CPR

-Optional exam

 

Class Length: 5 hours

Open to Registered Adult Members, 8th Grade Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts

**This training course completes the First Aid / CPR / AED certification requirements. By completing this training, you will meet GSH requirements as an on-site First Aid / CPR / AED trained adult for two consecutive years.

**Cadette, Senior and Ambassadors will earn their First Aid Badge

This training course does not include the Certification Card fee. This card is not required to administer first aid, CPR or AED with GSH. You do not need this card unless needed for another job requirement. Certification cards may be purchased on your own upon request after completion of this training. Certification card is an additional $30.
