An Important Note about Cookie Dough Program Credits
- Each year, Girl Scouts can earn Cookie Dough Program Credits through participation in council-sponsored opportunities like the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Cookie Dough accounts expire on September 30th of the following membership year. (Credits earned in Spring 2021 are valid through September 30, 2022)
- Girl Scouts can earn Cookie Dough Program Credits each cookie season.
Keep all Cookie Dough emails with the amount earned and the date of expiration for your records.
Cookie Dough Program Credits may be earned and used by individual Girl Scouts at certain levels on the reward card if that option is selected. This is separate from troop proceeds earned by troops to support activities and projects.
Cookie Dough can be used for GSH qualifying Council program events, camps, retail, and membership. Cookie Dough may not be used for troop dues, as part of the troop treasury, may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another Girl Scout or Council.
By completing this form, you are granting Girl Scouts of Hawaii permission to deduct the specified amount from your Girl Scout's Cookie Dough Program Credits account. If a balance is due, you will receive instructions to complete your payment. Payment in full for events, camps, membership, or retail items is required to complete the transaction. This form must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event/camp registration closing date AND is based on availability.
