This training event is open to all registered Troop Adult volunteers and Teen Mentors.

Pre-requisite for all adult moms and dads is 2017-2018 registration as members of GSUSA and completing Girl Safety & Travel Training (previously, Group Travel Training) online and successfully completing the online quiz before the training. All adults who take this TCT must also submit and pass a CBC.

Pre-requisite for all girls (Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors) is completing PA 1 or PA & CIT/VIT or Teen Mentor Basic Training. This is an advanced training to earn activity credit for your PA, CIT and CIT 2 Awards by working with younger Girl Scouts in a Troop, Service Unit or Council Camp activity/event.

The fees cover the following: "Outdoor Education in Girl Scouts" handbook, all training materials, snacks and lunch. Bring a water bottle, an empty tuna can, and a sharpened pocket knife.

Bring a completed Girl or Adult Health Information for Council Programs form for each participant. Immediate notification required for food allergies or concerns and medical special needs. Complete the HICP form and submit ASAP.

Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, a must requirement. Bring a rain coat or a light jacket, just in case. We recommend sunscreen and insect repellent or long pants and long sleeves.

There are no refunds! Cancellation: The Girl Scouts of Hawai`i reserves the right to cancel any program at any time for any reason. Full or prorated refunds will be available for all programs cancelled by the Girl Scouts of Hawai`i if the minimum requirement is not met or due to extenuating circumstances. No shows by the participants are not refundable.
